Equipped with a CPC 24 scanning spectrophotometer, this press represents the ultimate in image control. The CD74's revolutionary technology not only transmits the ink profiles established at imagesetting but, through spectrophotometric correction, ensures perfect color consistency throughout the run.

The 29-inch perfecting press is known for it's flexibility and fast makeready times. It's 29.5" x 23.5" format supports short runs insuring optimal stability and long runs at maximum production speed. The Speedmaster CD74 is equipped with double diameter impression and oversize transfer cylinders to insure the mark-free sheets from lightweight papers up to 32-point board. The sheetflow is further refined by airjets that float the work guaranteeing a maximum production run speed up to 15,000 sheets per hour can be achieved.
